Lynnes Hyundai

Have been waiting since 3/22/11 for a response from the service manager on my 2011 Hyundai Sonata regarding a widely publized steering issue which pulls the car to the left. Spoke with him regarding this on 3.22.11, afterwhich he said he would have to contact Hyundai Regional office for the steps to fix this problem. To date, I have left a half dozen messages for this same manager asking if he has heard anything, as it is becoming increasingly more dangerous driving this car, while it pulls to the left if I remove my hand from the steering wheel for even "one" second. None of my messages have gone responded to, yet if you do a simply google search for 2011 Hyundai Sonata steering issue, car pulls to left, you will literally see 100's of complaints of this problem. For your own reference, Hyundai not only had a recall of 140,000 2011 Sonata's at the end of 2010 as a result of this issue, but actually placed a "stop sale" order on them even at the beginning of this year, while dealers like Lynnes Hyundai continued to sell them, only concerned with selling cars and not the welfare of perspective customers. Believe this, Lynnes Hyundai care nothing about their customers. Only how much money they can make on them. Had to bring in my car for a computer update. Asked for a loaner as I was promised I would get one for any repair. The girl advised me I couldnt get a loaner for nearly 3-4 weeks, as there were "so many" Hyundai recalls, they couldnt keep up with them. Simply, if you are smart you will Stay Away from this dealer! There are plenty honest, reliable and trustworthy Hyundai and Nissan Dealers out there.
