Worst Service at Lynnes One Star is generous

onBy the way, the non-Hybrid certified mechanic at Towne Hyundai found the front axle nut to be loose. I guess Luis does not know what he is doing. Tell him McDonald's is hiring - maybe he can managed not to mess up the french fries. Your Smug Service Manager, Luis, with the short dark hair should go to Customer Service Training and tell him he is not a Hybrid Certified Mechanic either so he can possibly help anyone there. I have never been treated so poorly by anyone ever in my life as I was by Luis. Service Invoice HYCD810927 Thank you Towne Hyundai for fixing what Lynnes could not.
