At first, upon entering the dealership for the first time, I was little annoyed b/c there was no parking in the lot and outside the lot (probably my biggest issue).. and I was late for my appointment.. after finally finding a place we went inside and I was carrying the annoyance with me & I said to myself “if anyone comes to me pressuring me to buy any random car, sounding salesy I’m leaving” BUT Norberto was the complete opposite, he wasn’t flashy in his appearance; he was very polite, very engaging, he answered all my questions and he did not rush me when looking at car options. And I honestly believe that he tried his best to get me the best deal, although my credit was not the best; my monthly payments came out to the exact number I wanted. If you want someone friendly, down to earth, choose Norberto!
