Lynnes Hyundai

Lynne's has been selling cars for a long time (they are quick to tell you this). What they are less quick to tell you is that they've been selling Hyundais for less than 1 year. It becomes glaringly obvious very quickly. They don't know anything about warranties,servicing or anything else other than taking your money. And the fish rots from the head down. Jay Cheek is the general sales manager. He talks a good game but doesn't deliver on any promises. Al Albic is one of the managers (that's another thing. there are a lot of managers and it isn't quite clear what the chain of command is, or if in reality these people actually are even managers of anything). Al is loud, discourteous and rude. If they tell you to talk to him, just walk out. These people are either epically inept or extremely dishonest or a mix of both. Save yourself months of aggravation and shop elsewhere. You will be glad you did. If you are in northern NJ there are nearly a dozen other hyundai dealers nearby. I strongly regret having ever gotten involved with this organization.
