Worst car buying experience ever. I contacted them on 12/4/17 asking for an F-150 with a 5.0L V-8 was assured that the one I bought had one. Ended up being a 2.7L V-6 ecoboost. On 3/17/18 had to have it towed up to the dealer after just 5,280 miles it is leaking oil out of an o ring at one of the turbo chargers and parts are on back order until 4/11. They did the right thing and bought it back and sold me another one but did not give me my $10,000 down payment. When I questioned why, Jenna in finance said that was part of the first deal not the second. So they kept and sold my truck that I traded in and kept the $10,000 when I purchased the first vehicle. When I questioned it I was told no I was not getting the $10,000. I would think twice before buying here!! This could happen to you too!!
