Key Chrysler Dodge Ram of Portsmouth

I dropped off my pickup to Port City for some maintenance. After three days, NO ONE had called me to tell me what was wrong or how much it would cost. Then, when I called to find out, they told me I was wrong and they had called me and left a message. At first, I gave them the benefit of the doubt... until... I went to pick up the truck and my battery was dead and the coolant system was completely empty. Their answer? ... "we called you and told you there were things wrong with your coolant and battery but you denied any further service". Again... that NEVER happened. Bottom line: They claim adequate communication in order to cover their own ass but refuse to actually take responsibility for dropping the ball. They have POOR customer service and completely disregard the maintenance customers. I will NEVER return to this dealership for any reason. Adam
