Purchased a Kia Sedona through this dealership. Buying process was typical. Salesman working all negotiations through sales manager. Slow, tedious process that was just to drawn out. F&I tried to add on and continued my new car buying experience misery. Vehicle itself has required many service visits, and both Dealership and manufacturer have been less than satisfactory in there service and customer satisfaction. Still continue to experience steering whell vibrations today. Problem not resolved. Will not return to this deal despite it's inventory and great location. As a sidenote, the salesman that sold me my Sedona showed up to my house about 3 months later. ( after point of purchase ) My wife and I had a in - home sales consultant for Empire ( bath -refitting ) scheduled. Well to my surprise it was our salesman from the dealership. He remebered me and played down his departure.
