Like The No "B.S." Style!!!
Written by News2Me on 12/20/2008

I went into Nashua Hyundai not even looking to buy a car. I was greated right away in the parking lot, and I mean greated not asked a bunch of questions. I can't stand being "Bombarded" by a pushy salesman. I asked to see the Elantra SE "I knew all about the top spot on the consumer ad". I was given probrably one of the best demos I have ever received. Not everyone knows that Nashua Hyundai is a Thompson Auto Group / MacMulkin Family Owned dealership. I think that is 100% the reason the sales force is different there, never did I feel pushed into my car or bugged about financing and payment terms. When I was shopping I did go to three other local Hyundai dealers, but the Nashua guy DID NOT KNOW I shopped him. Not only did Nashua Hyundai have the LOWEST dealer Doc Fee in the area, I found out $99.00 is the lowest in the country. Plus the salesman introduced me to every manager in the company :-) I mean honestly, what better feeling is it to know all the managers and build a raport with a dealer. Long story short...I would recommend and commend this dealershipm for the honest and no "B.S." style of runnign a business. Manchester, NH

Documentation fees are the equivalent of undercoating and dealer mark ups. Socializing is part of the modus operandi of some sales techniques. These are but two of the techniques used to distract you from the process of buying a car. Price the vehicle, never wait more than 5 minutes for any absence of the salesperson and stay with the car you need without add-ons.
