He took me on test drives to make sure I was happy with the vehicle I was thinking of purchasing. Once I made my decision on the Santa Fe, he made sure I was getting all the features that were important to me and then did an appropriate vehicle search to insure I was going to get the exact vehicle I was hoping for. Once the vehicle was acquired, he made sure all the appropriate prep work was done before I took delivery and that all the purchase details were completed in a timely manner.
