I bought my Jeep Patriot through them. They were helpful and friendly and it was overall a pleasant experience. Within the first year my transmission and clutch went bad. It was a brand-new vehicle so sometimes you just get something that goes wrong. They covered all the costs including my rental and although it was stressful at the time, looking back, they handle that about as well as it could be handled.
