My biggest peeves with car dealers is they can be pushy & sexist, which is what we found when visited several other dealerships. We "had" to buy "that day". Please. And/or they would talk to my husband as though I wasn't even standing there...which is hilarious since I was the one doing all of the research and this was going to be my vehicle. However, Mike was not like any of these other dealers. He was patient (while we decide what would work best for our family), knowledgable, helpful, friendly, and he had a great sense of humor.
