During my sale the salesman promised me a 60 day no questions asked return policy. If for any reason I was not satisfied with my purchase I could return it. On my very first oil change service, the service dept over tightened the oil filter. This caused the oil to leak out of my engine the 34 miles home. The manager who answered te phone was rude about it. Said "I'm not dealing with this issue, who is your salesman" passing the buck. they tried to make me feel like I did something wrong before admitting service error. I asked them to take back this brand new car with only 4000 miles on it and put me in a new one as I wanted to use the "60 day return policy" (I only had this car 58 days before the service error).. they laughed at me and said they never promised me such a thing. I will never buy another car from Bob Mariano Chrysler Jeep Dodge, Concord NH.. and I am telling my friends and family to steer clear of this dealership.
