Bob Mariano Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

I was very specific in what I was looking for for color combination and features for a new Pacifica. After doing an online search through Chrysler I found exactly what I wanted at Bob Mariano Chrysler in Concord, NH. I emailed the dealership for a price quote and had a response within a couple of minutes. I then called the dealership to make an appointment to come in to see the car. I talked with Gordy Stevens who told me that Monday was his day off but that if that was when I wanted to see the car he would be there. I drove from MA to NH (a two hour drive) and Gordy was there at the appointed time. While we took the car for a test drive someone took a look at the car I was trading in (a 2015 Chrysler Town and Country). The price quoted to me online was held to by the dealership and I was offered and accepted what I thought was a fair trade in offer for my car. I could not be happier with the sales person (Gordy Stevens) as well as the other staff members that I spoke with. It was well worth my time to drive to New Hampshire. The dealership having the right car for me is what attracted me but I will return because of the great no hassle service I received. I walked out of another dealership two months ago because I did not like the way I was being given the run around. What a difference here. Professional all the way!
