I have a Tundra that has had a poor quality radio from the beginning. I ignored it for awhile but decided it was time to tackle the problem. Jason and Ethan, the service advisor, have been great to deal with. They worked hard to find an aftermarket replacement and get it installed. There were a couple quirks with it but the clarity was hands down 100 times better. Ethan used his personal knowledge and worked on the quirks the last visit. So far it seems to be fixed. Fingers crossed! They are very kind, patient and professional. I’m in Customer Service and have high standards because of that. They both have met my exceptionally high standards and expectations with grace. Thank you! It is appreciated.
