Dealership Sales Review
I visited Grappone less than a week after my car was totaled in an accident. It was also at the very beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. Needless to say, it was a stressful time for me personally and a stressful time for all. From the wonderful things I have heard from friends and family who have worked with Grappone, my positive experience was pretty typical! But I feel compelled to share that I feel like John Fay and the team at Grappone treated me with special care this past week, with special considerations to my car-shopping after just having had an accident, and due to all of the precautions about the virus. John was not offended when I ask that he refrain from riding in the cars with me! I felt that I was given the time and space to look at cars, I was informed about what each car offered and what Grappone could offer me, but I was not pressured or pushed into making any decisions I wasn't ready for. When I told John I wasn't ready to decide yet and wanted to drive one more vehicle (the Ford Edge I ended up purchasing!), he simply said something like "Ok, sounds good. We'll find one for you!" And you did, and I absolutely loved the Edge and am so excited to be driving it. This is not the norm for the car dealerships I have visited in the past. It's usually an uncomfortable process for me, full of anxiety, tension, and pressure to "buy a car today. What can we do to make this deal work for you TODAY?" I felt listened to and understood, and it was comfortable and fun. Even after totaling my car and during a world-wide pandemic!! And an added bonus is that I absolutely LOVE my car!
