Upfront, supportive service. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the car (Ford Edge ST), which hasn’t been the case for me during my past two buying experiences (at other dealerships). Buying process was clean and straight forward - no haggle pricing on the purchase is the only way to go!...and they came in WELL above what I expected on my trade. All around it was a 10 out of 10! Buying from Grappone was actually fun.
