Liked the easy going (no pressure) personality of the saleswoman. And she was very knowledgeable and positive. Appreciated that the bump we found was fixed perfectly before we picked it up. Liked that we were given a quote on our trade in within a half hour. Liked that we were offered bottled water and snacks while we waited for paperwork. Only complaints...Took about 5 mins. for a salesperson to help us after walking in the door. (Almost walked out.) Luckily, we waited and ended up buying the car we test drove. Also, the car we came to look at that was being advertised on the lot was not there due to transmission issues. Wouldn’t have stopped in if we had known that. Lastly, the bathroom in the show room wasn’t very clean.
