Staff (Greg and Laura) were pleasant, timely in communications and went out of their way to assist me. To be clear, I was willing to not secure the absolute best deal on the vehicle in order to work with the Grappone staff. My experience at other dealerships with whom I was negotiating was that communication was sloppy and I understood their inventory better than their own sales folks...
