Did not feel pressured at all, The salesperson (Joe Bowker)was so patient answering my many questions, and was honest and upfront with everything. This was our first experience with Grappone Ford, but we will be back next time we are in the car buying market. Best and easiest car buying experience, hand's down! Thank you!
