Our sales person!! There was zero pressure on making a fast decision, there were no threats that the price would go up the next day! My phone did not blow up with a million calls a day. She allowed us to see numbers and go home and think things through without hounding me!! Taylor made the purchase of my new/used vehicle very pleasant and painfree.
