Emma is the most enthusiastic, kind and patient sales person I have ever worked with. She has been working with me for what feels like a year now on getting me out of my Chevy and back into a Ford product and I couldn't be more happy with my purchase! I love my 2018 Escape and the whole experience was just super smooth and stress free. I'm going to send everyone I know to purchase from Emma in the future.
