Grappone Ford

I haven't bought a car for quite some time but I was ready for a new car so I went to Grappone's where my son-in-law bought his car. What a great experience. Upfront pricing, no haggling (thank goodness), extremely helpful and friendly salesperson who was very accommodating and knowledgeable about all of the brands of cars sold and a relaxing atmosphere to look around in. It was a great experience and we go a great deal on a brand new Ford Escape.
