Grappone Ford

I originally called over the phone and was thrilled at the fact they were going to put the car I was interested in on hold for 24 hours so it wouldn't get sold from under me like the first dealership I went too. I ended up going to the grappone the day I called instead of the next day and spoke to Brandon who was super awesome and understanding. The next day I had Bret his optimism and enthusiasm was awesome. I also met Lindsey the team leader. Everyone was so nice and really worked hard to help me get a vehicle. I honestly love this place.
