I found a car I was interested in and stopped by to talk to Karl. I got what I wanted for my trade in and paid a fair price for the car I was looking for. The negotiations were cordial, not like some dealerships, and Karl was knowledgeable about the car I ended up buying. He did not try to push me into a higher priced car or package. All of the folks we dealt with were friendly and courteous. I will definitely go back to Milford Subaru for my next car purchase. Brian
