I went to milford subaru on friday august 16,2019 to get info on the 2020 outback. Ken one of the sales managers spent a great deal of time explaining how I might be able to trade in my late model outback for the 2020 model. I also got some helpful info from vacily popovich. I found all of the sales associates and the service personnel have a n excellent attitude unlike the sales department at the haverhill subaru dealership. the milford sales people are always concerned about potential customers that enter the dealership.
