Amherst Subaru

I was referred to Karl yesterday and came in to meet with him. I wanted to say I really appreciated his honesty, being upfront, and no BS. I went to Manchester Subaru in the morning and got into an argument with them when I caught them in a lie about their numbers. Karl cut right through that, was highly professional and personal. He even came in on his day off to help me get the car we wanted and get the equity out of our old car that we need for our dog's surgery. The finance guy, Aaron, was also very friendly and didn't pressure me at all when I declined some of the upgrades and service packages. He showed me my options, walked me through them, and then when I said no thank you, he said not a problem and moved on.
