Dealership Sales Review
Well we was in the market for second car.. I went on credit karma to check something things out with my credit.. I seen you can fill out a application and they sent it over to Lithia Hyundai of Reno.. When in a few mins there was a Voice mail on the home fun and email.from Rod Allen.. I did everything through email.. All this happens on 9/29/16// Well on 9/30/16 at 3pm i went down and met Rod Allen and we went over numbers and they said they was able to help us.. He showed me a 2012 Chrysler 200.. It looked real dirty and it still need to be inspected.. I guess they just got it in from some where... So that day we signed papers and the car was not going to be ready until Saturday. Well the car need some TLC so now it was not going to be ready until Tuesday which was fine with us.. On Tuesday got a call in the morning at picked it up at 3pm.. I was shocked I had a bad experience at one of there other Lithia dealership.. Well i think a lot different of Lithia know... If you are in the market for a car.. CAll Rod Allen and tell him I sent you.. The service there in the sales part was wonderful we will see when i come back for a oil change in Jan 2017 and then i will rate there service department... BIG THANKS to Lithia Hyundai of Reno and to Rod Allen for the best Customer service i ever got at Lithia
