Sold a post accident car

Awhile after purchase I took the car in for new tires. The tire shop pulled up the trunk Capet while rotating out the spare and asked if I knew the car had a major repair. He showed me a huge weld across the entire trunk, oops too late Dodge knew nothing and it was past the 9 day warranty. My error too but sales never disclosed the scar!
