My fault was letting them get the upper hand when I purchased a car a little beyond my means, and came back the next day to ask to be let out. I am not surprised that they balked at this, but it could have been done in a professional way. Instead I dealt with an evil little sales manager who seemed to delight in having power over me, especially in a state (Nevada) where consumers are treated like dirt to begin with. This person did his best to insult and humiliate me in front of his co-workers before I finally settled on a deal for an inferior car, feeling powerless to do anything else. I learned from this, but I will never forget, or forgive, the nasty behavior of that sales staff.
