Corwin Ford

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership. When I left the lot the saleperson who could not get the navigation system to work told me to reload the electronics and it would work. Not surprisingly that did not work. After hours on the phone, two trips (40 miles each way) they figured out it needed a part. I receive a call last Monday asking what time I could be in on Tuesday. The person who called said he'd call back but he did not. So no apt. When I did try to make an appointment I wasn't able to get in for more than a week and could, "drop my car off" and they would look at it. It used to be when you bought a new vehicle it worked. Not the case with what Corwin Ford sold to me. I still navigate holding my cell phone in my hand. Not the safest but it's what I have. I would not think of ever doing business with this operation again.
