onMechanics Department Manager was filling in for Service Department that was entirely out to lunch at same time. The manager of the mechanics personally took our car back and made sure it was addressed by the mechanics. This was best customer service we have ever experienced at team ford from someone who is not responsible for customer service. This manager made the customer experience outstanding single handedly.
