onI initially called Gaudin Ford on Roy Horn way andnot only was it hard to get through, the receptionist seemed irritated before I could even say anything. On the phone with her, I checked the reviews for this location and opted to deal with you instead. I am so happy I did. Amazing service. Setting up the appointment was so easy. The service team did a great job fixing the recall and I could tell a difference as soon as I drove off the lot. Communication was a bit shaky at times but when I did touch base, I felt reassured my car was in good hands. Thank you all for your help and making my car safer on the road.
