onHad a horrible first experience until Craig Allen, Service Manager stepped in and helped correct the unprofessional treatment and the delay in communicating to me what the problem was with my car. Took 4 days to be told what the 2 diagnostic results were. Craig provided 3 free oil changes and to install the coolant fan (that I had already purchased) for no additional cost. He was very responsive & returned my calls timely.
