I actually just went to Team Ford for a battery replacement because I have all work done by Ford. It just so happened that the manager's special was a 2019 Escape at an unbeatable price. As always, I walk the lot when I'm there, and this deal grabbed me right off the bat. I couldn't pass it up and Jose was able to guide me through the trade-in process so smoothly.
