Jose A, gave us the top of the line customer service. He treated us with thought, respect and took the time to explain everything to us. Buying a new truck was a little daunting but he made the process smooth and enjoyable. We will absolutely be back when it comes time to trade in our 2014 explorer. The Team Ford experience was amazing we won’t be buying our vehicles anywhere else. Our finance guy, Noe G, was very nice and he even made that process enjoyable, believe it or not.
