Paul and Chad at Courtesy Lotus on Centennial Blvd are the best buying experience my wife and I had - hands down - ever. Paul is very friendly and knowledgeable, Chad is direct and focused on getting things done right. Both gentlemen gave us what we were looking for without fluff or non-solicited up-sale attempts. Courtesy clearly displays experience with cars and clients alike and we will shop there again for our 'wants' and 'needs'. The variety of vehicles in outstanding condition on the Courtesy lot is stunning. Lotus & Ferrari are great brands but we were buying a Mazda 3. Yet, Paul and Chad gave us the same care, focus on detail and attention, as if we were buying a Porsche Carrera. We can only highly recommend this company.
