Dealership Sales Review
I was car shopping for myself and found a car for a nice deal at this dealership. I gave the company my information and received a call from a salesman who gave me false hope on a vehicle that I was interested in. He asked me to come in for a test drive and I live far so the drive was about 30 minutes away, which took up lots of my time and gas. Once I got there, I noticed a lot of things about the car that was not listed on the car fax that didn't match the sites advertisement so i called them out for being dishonest. So many discrepancies and lies. They failed to negotiate with me after this and gave me a pretend discount of $3600 off the car when they went into the backroom just for the total to be about a $1000 off from what they had originally given me. They added random fees to the itemized sheet and still never negotiated the price they promised. I had driven there almost 3 times and gave them a final out the door price which they rejected because of the mandatory 'love my car' package and reconditioning fee which I was told by one financial advisor who stated that it was optional but said that he had to make money or a profit somehow too. The reconditioning fee was for a "broken part" which should have been fixed regardless before purchasing, so why am i paying extra for something I didn't do. The salesman said "we had to fix it so it's your responsibility to pay for it." How RUDE. I appreciated the honesty but that was very unprofessional, because I was not happy with his response and unhappy with the offer they had given me because no one was willing to negotiate with me. The next day i received a call from a new advisor who seemed friendly over the phone and said i could lower the price of the packages and when i did, he rejected it after "speaking" with his general manager. Long story short, it's POINTLESS to come here. They give you and 8k price higher than what they have listed online on fees that have nothing to do with you and they DON'T negotiate. You'll be paying way more for their profit than your happiness and satisfaction. Save yourself the time.
