Used True car USAA service to receive offer from Jim Marsh - based on the offer I set it up With USAA and when we got to dealership Jim Marsh refused to honor their price that they sent to True car, USAA and I. They wanted over $2,500 more when we got to the dealership even though they sent the email with the pricing. Things like this give the car dealership industry a bad name.
