Sales personnel did not know the inventory or anything about the product they claim to sell. I called the dealership the day before spoke to a salesman who located the 2018 Volvo that I was interested in. I said, "I would down to dealership the next day to purchase the car." The next afternoon my wife and I drove our 2016 Volvo S60 down the dealership asked for the salesman. He introduced himself and I had to remind him of our previous conversation and then he remember the car that was talked about. But then he floored me with the statement saying he could not sell that particular car had been given to Galpin Volvo Los Angeles . Given? I thought they were in the business of selling cars not "given" cars to other businesses? I left the lot without buying a new car after the dealership disrespected me by not acknowledging me as a current luxury car owner. Spoke with the GM the next he apologized but no big he still did not have the chops to sell me a car since he did not have one in stock that I was interested in.
