Centennial Toyota
Dealership Sales Review
Our car buying experience with Centennial Toyota was excellent for the most part. The one thing that was disappointing was the dealerships failure to honor the "No payment for 90 days" promotion that they advertised. But besides that our salesperson Zaid M. was a pleasure to do business with. As with any car buying experience at a dealership there is a negotiating process that must take place and it usually is not an enjoyable experience, but it comes with the territory and the negotiating process with Zaid M. was surprisingly stress free. I would highly recommend dealing with Zaid M. in Sales and James N. in the Finance Department if you ever plan to do business with Centennial Toyota. When it came time to go into the financing office we dealt with James N. who was also very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Of course James made his pitch to sell extended warranties and things of that nature and I expected that because that is his job and when I declined on most of the additional products James was not pushy and accepted my decisions with a smile and some humor. I did purchase the extended bumper to bumper warranty that extended the standard 3 years/36,000 miles to 5 years/100,000 miles because personally I like to have that piece of mind especially because I will be towing with the vehicle. One thing that really stuck out was the attentiveness and friendliness that everyone at Centennial Toyota displayed. Every employee goes out of their way to make you feel welcome by consistently making eye contact, greeting you and making every effort to make you feel special by addressing you by your name if they know it and constantly offering snacks and refreshments. It was not just directed towards me because I was buying a car but to everyone such as customers getting their vehicles serviced or just people browsing that had no intentions to purchase at all. It is because of those little details I will definitely do business with this dealership in the future even though there is another Toyota dealership that is much closer to where I live. I also had I couple of minor service issues that needed attention and the employees in the Service Department are just as friendly an attentive. As with any car buying transaction at any dealership be prepared to question everything and negotiate until your face turns blue to get a fair price. I have been through this process many times at different dealerships that were no fun at all and downright miserable and I must say that the employees at Centennial Toyota made the process a somewhat pleasurable experience for me.
