I test drove a car from this dealership last December. After deciding to go through on a purchase/trade-in and going back and forth on price, I thought we had come to an agreement. To make a long story short, I realized last minute that they were trying to basically give me nothing for my trade in. When I brought this to their attention, they tried to play dumb so I told them if they didn’t want to do the price I wanted to do and give me what I wanted on my trade in, which was fair, I was leaving. They tried to work me over a little more but I stayed firm. They just wanted to give me the run-around over and over, so I asked for my keys, as they still had my keys from the appraisal they did on my car. However, they did not listen, and brought someone else in, without my keys to try to work me over. I said “no thanks, please give me my keys because I’m leaving right now”. He just wanted to keep my keys and try to beat me down on price, so after being polite over and over, I had to raise my voice and throw a cuss word in there, before he took me seriously. He said, “yeah, I’ll give you your keys, bro.” Needless to say, this isn’t a respectable dealership. I’ll always remember this and they will never have my business.
