No haggle price policy worthless!

CARMAX talks about their no haggle prices, but all their vehicle a way OVER priced. And they don't haggle so they lost a sale! And will over and over on this vehicle, I was interested in because it is $4,000 over Kelley blue book and had high miles, but they don't haggle. so NO DEAL. I refuse to be upside down even before I drive away.
