The process was smooth and the staff was incredibly attentive and able to answer all questions. My dealer Kai was very friendly and provided great customer support. The finance officer there was very good at explaining all the packages and pricings. The loyalty manager was also involved during the process and was able to provide me with a lot of information as well.
