I was pressured into a sale with the promise my previous car which was totaled will be paid off by the Sales Manager David Gunther. I’ve asked for the District Manager 8 times and they have refused to connect me. In addition, I’ve now been called to sign a 3rd contract which I refuse until this sales practice or pressuring of a sale is resolved. Taking the car back, as this has been he most horrific car buying experience I’ve had.
