Ford Country
Dealership Sales Review
At age 69 you can imagine I've bought a lot of cars; in fact, I have, about a dozen new ones. Up to this point, I would have rated my Subaru Legacy purchase as #1 and everything else mediocre at best. At Country Ford I ran into truly friendly, patient, knowledgeable and informative people, at least three of them. They went out of their way to do things my way and I'm convinced I got a very good deal. Could I have kept looking and found a better deal? Possibly, but after spending an afternoon at Country Ford my wife and I decided it was not worth it. We ordered a 2013 Mustang GT Premium with all the extras we wanted. The salesman has kept us in the loop on a DAILY basis, without ever having to call him and request a response. Any negatives? Perhaps the fact that Ford Motor Co. doesn't seem to go on warp speed when it comes to sending parts to their own dealers. I'm still waiting for the car but I'm not complaining. I could have had it a week ago if I wanted to take it back for the final touches (side scoops and the like). As I said before, Scott the salesman has called be as many as 3 times a day and I decided that, since this does not reflect on this dealer's willingness to offer good service, I'd just wait it out.
