Big thank you to Chad and the rest of the team at Ford Country for the most pleasant experience I have encountered at a car dealership. I was in contact with Chad for a week or so before coming down to look at the vehicle I was interested in. Chad was very professional and not aggressive which I admire. Once I decided I wanted the car the whole process was painless and didn't take very long. Thank you all so much!
