Left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Holding a cashiers check for a loan from Bank of America for 10 business days? Because of this, they never mailed the vehicle registration to the DMV in Florida. They dated the temporary tag 3 weeks prior to my receiving the vehicle. So, this car cannot be driven until after the holidays. The finance guy told me over the phone that they had to hold the "Cashiers check for 10 business days" to wait for it to clear the bank. Really, a cashiers check is the same as cash. So, now this vehicle cannot be driven until they decide to mail the registration and title to my DMV, which should have been done weeks ago. Lastly, he lied to me over the phone telling me he could not issue an extension and that all my DMV needed was a copy of the purchase order. I was at the DMV this morning, and they told me he must have fabricated the entire story to get me off the phone. Buyer beware!
