Gorges Volvo Cars

The sales person told me that my trade was enough to cover the lease down payment and Volvo would even be sending me $400. After a few weeks and no check, it took a couple emails before being referred to the finance person. While my impression was the sales person made a mistake and the dealership didn't intend for this to happen, it did happen and it cost me $400. It's unfortunate, the could have been a great buying experience and fell short because of the incorrect information the sales person gave me.
