Gorges Volvo Cars

I went into Gorges with my husband, and we were looking into an S60. Everything was fine until we started working on the fiance aspect of our purchase. We had opted to go through our own bank (we get an awesome interest rate through them) and advised them of this. Our loan officer checked the retail value of the car on KBB, NADA, and Black Book. The car was only worth $11,000, and they wanted $17,000 for a base model that had been usd as the courtesy car for those who were having their own serviced. The finance manager then proceeded to PERSONALLY attack my husband, telling him that he had no idea what he was talking about, and that our banker was stupid, etc. I have NEVER encountered such unprofessional behavior from a company before, and will NOT be returning here ever. Thank you Gorges, you've turned me into a BMW driver for life.
