So I bought a 2020 Chevy Colorado from them and the experience was horrible. Lack of communication on all parts. Make sure you ask, ask and ask. Got the extended warranty they didn’t explain it enough. So complained when my thermostat needed changed they were nice after I complained. Then when they took the engine apart they dropped something in the intake while working on it and now they are denying all liability. They say there tech went a different route. But when I call and asked a service writer how the work was reported they said they took intake off. So Curt the service manager bold faced lied to me and said that they didn’t. But yet the records said different. I asked for a copy and guess what yep they sent me a copy of the invoice not the actual record. Be careful they will lie straight to your face.
